Manatee County Safe Schools utilizes and offers a number of different programs in order to help counter the risk factors associated with the use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD) as well as violent or disruptive behavior.  Many of these programs have been tested and rated as proven effective by the Florida Department Of Education and can be found in our resource library.  Proven programs in addition to many others we carry based on evidence-based strategies and practices are available for Manatee County educators to implement in their schools and classrooms; just log on to our library section and shop away!  We also help to address ATOD and violence risk factors by developing and implementing our own programs for a variety of student populations in Manatee County schools.  To view these programs in full detail, simply choose the appropriate selection from the links above.
