Accolades: Michael is a dual-enrollment student in the College Center at Bayshore and he is also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at State College of Florida. At Bayshore, Michael serves as the Vice-President of the Mu Alpha Theta Math Club, and the Taking Back Lives Club. He is also the Historian for the National Honor Society. Michael has played football at Bayshore for four years and competed all four years on the varsity weightlifting team. As a volunteer with the Manateens, he has contributed over 100 hours of service to our community.
Accomplishments: Michael was awarded the Pensellear Scholarship and the Harvard Book Award during the 2010-2011 school year. As a member of the Top 10 percent of the class of 2012, he was awarded the Academic White B and three gold bars. Michael was also recognized for excellence in Science during his freshman year.
Aspirations: Michael plans to attend the University of Central Florida and major in pre-med student. He hopes to continue his education at UCF's College of Medicine to study anesthesiology.
