| Medical and Prescription Insurance | The School District of Manatee County is a self-insured group. BlueCross Blue Shield of Florida is the third party administrator of the group´s health insurance, and Catalyst Rx administers the Walgreens pharmacy benefit.

| Life Insurance | The School Board provides group term life insurance at a level of one times the employee´s annual salary free of charge to regular scheduled employees who work at least 15 hours per week. Employees may purchase an additional one, two, or three times their annual salary coverage; spouse coverage; or child coverage for an additional premium. Coverage is provided by Aetna Life Insurance Company. | |||||
