2011 HealthVantage Daily Exercise Challenge
February 28 - April 10, 2011

Engaging in physical activity everyday has a powerful and positive impact on an individual´s health now and in the future. The benefits of leading an active life are unbelievable!

Establishing a lifelong habit of physical activity ensures that you can enjoy these benefits and many more. Our newest wellness incentive campaign, Everybody. Everyday. aims to inspire individuals to be active every day. And you are officially invited to enroll in this unique wellness challenge!

A 6-week campaign, Everybody. Everyday. begins Monday, February 28, 2011 and challenges participants to establish a routine of intentionally scheduling daily activity into each week. Developing a lifelong habit of daily exercise is the goal.

And the really cool thing about this challenge is that YOU pick the activity from our Physical Activity Guide, how long you want to exercise (minimum of 30 minutes), how hard you want to exercise, and when. The emphasis is placed simply on planning a weekly schedule and establishing a frequency of exercising seven days a week.

Along the way, several key pillars of behavior change success are introduced to further support your efforts to be active daily. Sign up by Monday, February 21, 2011, and you will receive a chance to WIN a revolutionary calorie management system, the Body Bugg.

All individuals who successfully complete the challenge take home either a Digital Photo Frame or a DriFit Performance T-shirt. All teams that complete the Challenge will have a chance to win two (2) Lifestyle Family Fitness Memberships (passport level valued at $780 each) in the Everybody. Everyday Grand Prize drawing.
