This is Fruits and Vegetables challenge will encourage you to be aware of your DAILY habits when it comes to your overall intake of fruits and vegetables.
The focus of this challenge is not how much (serving size...who wants to count that?!), but rather the behavior - how often you choose to eat fruits and vegetables throughout you day: Home, Work, Eating Out, and Anytime. At the end of the challenge, the goal is to have modified your behavior (increase your intake on a daily basis).
