Receive the personal touch you need to carefully guide you towards an effective workout training plan. Our small group personal training sessions are small enough that you get personal attention without the high cost of paying for a one-on-one session with a personal trainer.
Each session will begin with cardio warm up options and instruction on how to properly use all of the equipment available including unique fitness tools such as the BOSU, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands and tubing. Participants will learn proper form and the most efficient techniques of cardio and strength training based on individual needs and necessary modifications.
Training sessions will end with a cool down and stretch period along with information on injury prevention. Participants will be challenged to achieve success while striving to reach individual goals through group participation.
Training sessions will be 55 minutes in length with a certified personal trainer. There will be a 4 maximum for “small group” sessions.
