The Chair found good cause to amend the agenda to include the following items:

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to attach the minutes of the regular meeting of October 8, 2012, public hearing of October 11, 2012, special meeting of October 15, 2012, public hearing of October 15, 2012, and public hearing of October 16, 2012.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to withdraw Consent Item Approval of Agreement Between the School Board of Manatee County and Mixon and Associates for Consultative Services and Representation in Governmental Affairs.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to move Consent item Approval of Manatee Technical Institute - SR 70 Campus - Change Orders 9 and 10 - Agreement Between Owner and HCBeck, Ltd., to New Business.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to move Consent item Approval of Tillman Elementary School - HVAC Repair - Change Order 1 - Final - Agreement Between Owner and NDC Construction Company, to New Business.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to add Addendum and Resumes to Consent Item Approval of the Appointments, Change of Assignments, Deceased, Promotions, Reappointments, Reassignments, Recommendations for Professional Service Contracts, Resignations, Retirements, Terminations and Transfers.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to add New Business Item Approval of the Joint Stipulation for Settlement Between the School Board of Manatee County, Florida and Employee Karen M. Gallo.

Agenda amended October 19, 2012 to add New Business item Approve the Settlement Agreement Entered Into By and Between the Superintendent and AFSCME and Ricardo Hernandez in Full Settlement and Resolution of the Grievance Filed by Hernandez.

All other agenda items passed.
