10. Approved of the contract for services with Easter Seals Southwest Florida, Inc. under the Adults with Disabilities Grant for the 2003-2004 school year at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI). The total funds received by the Manatee school district from the grant totals $272,800.00. Easter Seals will receive $122,620.00 in total economic value through full-time and part-time District employees who have worked at the site. This contract for services is for $40,000.00 and represents a portion of the total economic value of Easter Seals' work with our District.

11. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Amy F. Anderson, DMD, PA for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

12. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Atlantic States Dental, Inc. for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

13. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Children's Dentistry of Manatee for Clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

14. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Comfortable Care Dental Group (Bradenton) for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

15. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Comfortable Care Dental Group (Sarasota-1) for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

18. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Comprehensive Dentistry - Juan Curci, DDS, PA for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

19. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Creekwood Dental for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

20. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Curry, Peirce & Associates for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year. There is no cost to the school system for this clinical experience over and above the insurance policies we already have in effect that cover our nursing students, paramedic students, etc.

21. Approved of the agreement between the School Board of Manatee County and Glori Enzor, DDS, PA for clinical experience for students in health occupation fields at Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) for the 2004-2005 school year.
