ATTORNEY-CLIENT CONFERENCE

Mark Barnebey, School Board Attorney, announced that an attorney-client conference regarding the School Board of Manatee County vs. T.D.-F. was held in the Superintendent's Conference Room. The following were present: Larry Simmons, Chairman; Walter E. Miller, Vice Chairman; Frank Brunner, Barbara A. Harvey; Harry G. Kinnan; Dr. Patricia Lucas, Acting Superintendent of Schools; Mark Barnebey, School Board Attorney; Rob Shapiro, Staff Attorney, Gregg Scharff, Attorney, and a court reporter from Lucente and Associates. Absent was Tom Gonzalez, Attorney.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT CONFERENC

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss School Board of Manatee County vs. T.D.-F.

RECESS

The attorney-client conference was recessed from Superintendent's Conference Room at 10:42 p.m. and reconvened in regular session at 10:45 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Simmons adjourned the meeting at 10:46 p.m.
