The School Board of Manatee County held a special session at the School Board Administration Building on Monday, April 26 2004, at 7:27 p.m. Members present: Larry Simmons, Chairman, Barbara A. Harvey, Frank Brunner, Harry G. Kinnan, and Walter E. Miller. Also present: Dr. Roger Dearing, Superintendent.

The purpose of the meeting was to hold an Expulsion Hearing.

EXPULSION HEARING

Expulsion Hearing for one student was held and Board action regarding same has been sealed and made part of the School Board's permanent records in the office of the Superintendent.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Simmons adjourned the meeting at 8:13 p.m.
