Approval of Palma Sola Elementary School - Renovations - Change Order 11 - Final - Agreement Between Owner and NDC Construction Company

Description

The purpose of the requested action is to approve Change Order 11 - Final to the Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company, which reconciles the unexpended unforeseen conditions funding and decreases the Guaranteed Maximum Price to close out the project.

 

Palma Sola Summary Sheet is attached for your reference.

 

The Superintendent recommends approval of Palma Sola Elementary School - Renovations - Change Order 11 - Final - Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company.



Recommendation

Motion and approval of Palma Sola Elementary School - Renovations - Change Order 11 - Final - Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company.



Financial Impact

The amount of Change Order 11 is ($2,122.87).  The revised Guaranteed Maximum Price for Palma Sola Elementary School is now $10,263,566.59, and is included in the total project budget of $12,742,244.20.
