Approval of Palma Sola Elementary School - Renovations - Change Order 11 - Final - Agreement Between Owner and NDC Construction Company
The purpose of the requested action is to approve Change Order 11 - Final to the Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company, which reconciles the unexpended unforeseen conditions funding and decreases the Guaranteed Maximum Price to close out the project.
