Approval of Name Change - Capri Engineering LLC to Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC

Description

On January 14, 2008, the Board approved a list of firms for Continuing Contract Professional Services that included Capri Engineering LLC for Plans Review, Permitting and Inspection Services.

 

The purpose of the requested action is to acknowledge the name change of Capri Engineering LLC to Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC.  Capri Engineering LLC is a provider of Plans Review, Permitting and Inspection Services to the District both on a continuing contract basis and on individual projects for which it is selected by the full selection process.  Capri Engineering LLC has merged with Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC and is now doing business as Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC.

 

The supporting documentation is available in Room 112 for your review.

 

The Superintendent recommends approval of Name Change - Capri Engineering LLC to Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC.



Recommendation

Motion and approval of Name Change - Capri Engineering LLC to Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC.



Financial Impact

There is no fiscal impact for the Name Change - Capri Engineering LLC to Nova Engineering and Environmental LLC.
