Renzulli Learning is a strength-based curriculum tool that matches resources to an individual student’s learning profile.  It is web-based, allowing for access anywhere there is an internet connection.  There is no software to download or maintain.

Several schools in the district have been using Renzulli and have shared the great potential this system has for differentiation of instruction for all students.  We are proposing a Site License Model for 19 schools that have indicated their willingness to implement the system in regular, gifted and other exceptional student education classrooms during the 2008-2009 school year.

Under this model, all teachers, parents, students and administrators in these schools will be granted access.

Motion and approval of purchase for Renzulli Learning System for selected schools.

Each school is responsible for 50 percent of the total cost and 50 percent will be paid from the Finding Optimal CommUnity Solutions (FOCUS) funds.
