
Agenda Item #33 Title Approval of Palmetto High School - Additions and Renovations - Change Orders 1 and 2 - Agreement Between Owner and W. G. Mills, Inc. - p.44 Executive Summary The purpose of the requested action is to approve Change Orders 1 and 2 to the Agreement between Owner and W. G. Mills, Inc., which will decrease the Guaranteed Maximum Price for materials that were purchased under the Direct Materials Purchase Program in order to save sales tax. The Superintendent recommends approval of Recommendation Motion and approval of Palmetto High School - Additions and Renovations - Change Orders 1 and 2 - Agreement between Owner and W. G. Mills, Inc. Financial Impact The amount of Change Order 1 is ($2,689,767.25), and the amount of Change Order 2 is ($161,936.02).
