Approval of the Corporate Resolution and Other Financing Documents - p.61
Executive Summary
Included in the long-term capital plan is the construction of the Manatee Technical Institute. The structure of the financing requires the use of lease schedules and related documents be approved by the Manatee School Board Leasing Corporation. Copies of all documents have been placed in Room 503 for review.
The Superintendent recommends that the Manatee School Board Leasing Corporation approve the Corporate Resolution and other financing documents.

Motion and approval of the Corporate Resolution and other financing documents.
Financial Impact
The financing will provide a project fund not to exceed $41 million for the construction of the Manatee Technical Institute.
