Executive Summary
The purpose of the requested action is to approve the Agreement between Owner and Halfacre Construction Company, which shall establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price to provide Construction Management at Risk Services to construct a stacking lane at Braden River Middle School. The scope of work will include constructing an onsite queuing area for vehicles to stack, additional fencing, gates, backstop relocation, planter relocation and bike rack relocation.

The goal of the Department of Construction Services continues to be to provide quality environments for safe and effective student learning.
The Superintendent recommends approval of Braden River Middle School - Traffic Improvements Project - Agreement between Owner and Halfacre Construction Company - Guaranteed Maximum Price.

Financial Impact
The Guaranteed Maximum Price, which is established by this agreement, is $122,250.00, and is included in the total project budget requirement of $180,000.00. The capital project is funded by State Fuel Tax funds.
