On February 9, 2009, the Board approved the bid on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair and replacement services. The contract is subject to renewal under the same terms and conditions as the original proposal at the option and agreement of all parties for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.  All vendors have agreed to renew their bids for the period of February 10, 2010 through February 9, 2011.  The contract has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory under the original bid terms and conditions.

The bid is recommended for award to vendors on the attached list.

The Superintendent recommends approval of renewal (1) on HVAC maintenance, repair and replacement services, as required, for the period of February 10, 2010 through February 9, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $750,000.00.

The estimated expenditures for these purchases/services are not to exceed $750,000.00.  The funding source for these expenditures will be charged to Local Capital Improvement Millage.
