Executive Summary
The purpose of the requested action is to amend the existing Agreement between Owner and W. G. Mills, Inc., to establish a Partial Guaranteed Maximum Price for a new single story classroom wing, a
Amendment 1 was a Partial Guaranteed Maximum Price to begin site work. Amendments 2 and 3 fully establish the scope and Guaranteed Maximum Price. Amendments 2 and 3 have been separated to comply with funding source requirements and capacity requirements. The funding sources for Amendment 2 may include various funding sources such as sales tax, impact fees, 2 mil and Certificate of Participation (COP) proceeds. The funding source for Amendment 3 is COP proceeds. The student stations gained through the work of Amendment 2 are factored into the allowable size of the auditorium, which is the work of Amendment 3.

The amount of Amendment 2 is $9,399,238.00. The Partial Guaranteed Maximum Price, including this Amendment 2 is $11,013,931.00 and is included in the total project budget of $19,000,000.00.
