Executive Summary
The purpose of the requested action is to approve Amendment 19 to the Agreement between Owner and Fawley Bryant Architects, Inc., which will authorize the additional professional services required for architectural and engineering revisions as requested for the new Manatee Technical Institute (MTI) SR 70 Campus.

The goal of the Department of Construction Services continues to be to provide quality environments for safe and effective student learning.

Financial Impact
The amount of Amendment 19 is $3,280.00. The revised fee for Architectural/Engineering Services, including this Amendment 19, is $5,372,421.39, and is included in the total project budget of $69,434,549.00, which includes $44,347,335.00, for the MTI SR70 portion of the project. A Furniture, Fixed Assets, and Equipment (FF&E) and Technology allocation in the amount of $2,500,000.00, is included in the total project budget. This project is funded by Certificate of Participation funds. A portion of this project is funded by a Public Education Capital Outlay grant.
