
Agenda Item #15 Title Approval of Renewal (1) on Moving Services, MCSD No. 10-0009-MR - p.26 Executive Summary On August 24, 2009, the Board approved the bid on moving services. The contract is subject to renewal under the same terms and conditions as the original proposal at the option and agreement of all parties for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. All vendors have agreed to renew their bid for the period of September 12, 2010 through September 11, 2011. The contract has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory under the original bid terms and conditions. The bid is recommended for renewal to Berger Transfer & Storage, Saint Paul, MN, local office Bradenton, Florida Document No. F09000005117; Kearney Moving & Storage, Nokomis, FL, Florida Document No. 256721. The Superintendent recommends approval of renewal (1) on moving services, as required, for the period of September 12, 2010 through September 11, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. Financial Impact The estimated cost to implement this agenda item will not exceed $50,000.00. The funding source for this annually estimated expenditure is General Operating funds and Capital Outlay Accounts and is included in the School Sites approved budget.
