The Superintendent has conducted his annual organizational systems structure review to evaluate the workflow process.  In addition to evaluating needs and processes from a system-wide perspective, the ultimate goal of these changes is to better support schools and generate significant cost savings.

Due to the budget situation the District faces for 2010-11 fiscal year, the primary focus of the review was to identify areas of the organization where personnel reductions could take place. These personnel reductions will have a significant impact on the level of service provided to schools and the community.

The Superintendent's reorganization plan has been developed by a team of representatives from every division.  This plan has been discussed with all persons whose reporting structure or job descriptions will be affected.

A spreadsheet has been attached that details each of the changes recommended.
