The School Board must authorize the establishment of each change fund, including the dollar amounts, and the individuals responsible for each change fund must be designated and approved. 

Each cafeteria in the Manatee County School District transacts daily cash sales and requires a change fund to meet daily operational needs.

A list of the cafeterias, the amount in the change fund requested, and the name of the individual responsible for each facility is attached.

The Superintendent recommends approval of the Food Service Change Funds for the 2010-2011 school year.
