Executive Summary

The purpose of the requested action is to approve Change Order 1 - Final to the Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company, which deducts the unexpended unforeseen conditions funding and decreases the Guaranteed Maximum Price to close out the project.

 

Professional Support Center - Sitework Improvements Summary Sheet is attached for your reference.

 

The Superintendent recommends approval of Professional Support Center - Sitework Improvements - Change Order 1 - Final - Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company.

Motion and approval of Professional Support Center - Sitework Improvements - Change Order 1 - Final - Agreement between Owner and NDC Construction Company.



Financial Impact

The amount of Change Order 1 - Final is ($501.82).  The Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Professional Support Center - Sitework Improvements, including this Change Order 1 - Final, is $267,143.18, and is included in the total project budget of $400,000.00.
