Title
Approval of Manatee Technical Institute Law Academy - Permanent Utility Easement - Electric Service

Description

Manatee Technical Institute Law Academy is currently under construction and is located on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard adjacent to the existing MTI Health Occupations Building and Lakewood Ranch High School.  Peace River Electric is the electric service provider in this area and they require an easement prior to providing the electric service for this new school site.

This 10’ wide underground utilities easement is being provided to the benefit of Peace River Electric for Manatee Technical Institute Law Academy. This easement will allow Peace River Electric to access the site, install and maintain power lines at their convenience. No school facilities, other than those allowed under this easement, are planned to be located within the area of the permanent easement.
