The purpose of the requested action is to approve the Agreement between Owner and Halfacre Construction Company, which shall authorize pre-construction services required for the repaint and canopy repairs at Braden River Middle School.  The scope of work will consist primarily of repainting interior and exterior walls; sandblasting and repainting the bar joist canopies; replacing sealants and repairing the walkway covers. A water intrusion investigation by the Architects and Engineers will be completed with repairs as deemed necessary.
