Approval of Sea Breeze Elementary School - 8 Classroom Addition - Amendment 1 - Agreement Between Owner and Holmes, Hepner and Associates Architects

Description

The purpose of the requested action is to approve Amendment 1 - Agreement between Owner and Holmes, Hepner and Associates Architects.  This amendment authorizes the additional services required for the design of an 8 Classroom Addition and associated sitework, including a covered walkway connector at Sea Breeze Elementary School per the proposal letter dated February 5, 2007.

 

Sea Breeze Elementary School - 8 Classroom Addition Summary Sheet is attached for your reference.

 

The Superintendent recommends approval of Sea Breeze Elementary School - 8 Classroom Addition - Amendment 1 - Agreement between Owner and Holmes, Hepner and Associates Architects.

 



Recommendation

Motion and approval of Sea Breeze Elementary School - 8 Classroom Addition - Amendment 1 - Agreement between Owner and Holmes, Hepner and Associates Architects.



Financial Impact

The amount of Amendment 1 is $135,450.00.  The revised fee for Architectural/Engineering Services, including this Amendment 1, is now $581,085.00 and is included in the total project budget of $7,138,286.00.
