On February 12, 2007 and March 10, 2008, the Board approved the bid on aquatic control services.  The contract is subject to renewal under the same terms and conditions as the original proposal at the option and agreement of all parties for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.  All vendors have agreed to renew their bids through March 15, 2010.  The contract has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory under the original bid terms and conditions.

The bid is recommended for renewal to Eco Consultants, Palmetto, FL., Florida Document No. P01000010907, and Wilson Miller, Inc., Palmetto, FL., Florida Document No.190331. 

The Superintendent recommends approval of renewal (2) on aquatic control services, as required, through March 15, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $165,000.00.
