Approval of the First Amendment to the Contract Between Premier Behavioral Solutions of Florida, Inc. d/b/a Manatee Palms Youth Services, and the School Board of Manatee County, Florida for the School Year 2010-2011 - p.31

Executive Summary

This amended contract reflects the following changes: 

  1. In sentence one (1) of Paragraph I (A), the sentence “To provide an educational program in accordance with this agreement for students ages 6-17” shall be replaced with “To provide an educational program in accordance with this agreement for students ages 6-17 including students from Manatee Palms Group Home.”
  2. Add new Paragraph I (M), the sentence “The Provider agrees that TWENTY (20) slots will be reserved for the school board.”
  3. In sentence three (3) of Paragraph II (A), the number “TWENTY (20) TO EIGHTY (80)” shall be replaced with “TWENTY (20) TO NINETY (90).” 

No other amendments are made by this First Amendment.  A copy of the First Amendment is attached for your review.

 

The Superintendent recommends approval of the First Amendment to the contract between Premier Behavioral Solutions of Florida, Inc. d/b/a Manatee Palms Youth Services, and the School Board of Manatee County, Florida for the school year 2010-2011.
