Seeking approval of the revised By-Laws and Articles of Amendment for the Manatee Education Foundation, Inc.
A partial list of revisions are:
1) Allowing up to 30 directors
2) The inclusion of the Superintendent on the Executive Committee
3) The inclusion of the Nominations Committee
4) The ability to ask for a proxy vote via email
5) School Board auditor shall be a non-voting ex officio member and shall serve on the Finance and Investment Committee
The Superintendent recommends approval of the revised By-Laws and Articles of Amendment for the Manatee Education Foundation, Inc.
