Description

The purpose of the requested action is to increase the Guaranteed Maximum Price by the amount of Change Order 7 and Change Order 8.  The increase reflects the reconciliation of material cost estimates to the actual Direct Material Purchase expenditure and replaces the associated unrealized, potential Sales Tax Savings.

Financial Impact

The amount of Change Order 7 is $90,010.11 and the amount of Change Order 8 is $5,400.60.  The revised Guaranteed Maximum Price for Anna Maria Elementary is now $6,929,911.66 and is included in the total project budget of $9,281,586.00.
