Approval of Samoset Elementary School Classroom Addition - Authorization to Negotiate for Architect/Engineer (Revised)

Description

Staff has been directed to design and construct a classroom addition at Samoset Elementary School as approved in the 2005/2006 Capital Projects budget. The purpose of the requested action is to accept the rankings of the Selection Committee and authorize staff to begin negotiations for Architect/Engineer services with the highest ranked firm to design a classroom addition at Samoset Elementary School.

There is no fiscal impact to authorize staff to negotiate for professional services.
