On March 28, 2011, the Board approved the bid on gymnasium floor refinishing, repair and replacement. The contract is subject to renewal under the same terms and conditions as the original proposal at the option and agreement of all parties for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. All vendors have agreed to renew their bids for the period of April 15, 2012 through April 14, 2013. The contract has been reviewed and found to be satisfactory under the original bid terms and conditions.

The Superintendent recommends approval of renewal (2) of the bid on gymnasium floor refinishing, repair and replacement, as required, for the period of April 15, 2012 through April 14, 2013, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
