Executive Summary
The purpose of the requested action is to approve Amendment 2 to the Agreement between Owner and Creative Contractors, Inc., which shall establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the remodel of the serving line within the Food Service Facility at Manatee High School. The scope of this project will include the replacement and realignment of the serving lines to improve operational efficiency.
