Approval of the Annual Financial Report (AFR) for Fiscal Year 2011-12 - p.33

Executive Summary

The Annual Financial Report and all official parts thereof must be approved by the School Board and submitted to the Commissioner of Education, State Board of Education no later than September 11th of each year per Florida State Board of Education Administrative Rule 6A-1.0071(2).

The 2011-12 accounting records have been finalized and the Annual Financial Report has been prepared.

Copies of the Annual Financial Report will be available in Room 503 for review.

The Superintendent recommends approval of the Annual Financial Report and all official parts thereof for the 2011-12 fiscal year.
