Ballard is a Title 1 school. Being a Title I school means receiving Federal Funds (TI dollars) to supplement the school’s existing programs. Our Ballard Family Dads were invited to a very special morning with their student for Dads and Donuts on November 9, 2012. Dads/Uncles/Granddads... joined their child for donuts and our special guest speaker, Head Coach, Joe Kinnan from Manatee High School Football. Our Ballard Family Moms were invited to a very special morning with their student for Moms and Muffins was on February 14, 2013. Moms/Aunt/Grandmas... joined their child for muffins and our conversations was based around Go Red for Women month and our guests were from the American Hear Association.
