The mission of Ballard Elementary's PTO is a) To promote greater parental interest and involvement in the school. b) To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community. c) To enhance the educational experience of all children attending Ballard Elementary. d) To enhance the educational facilities and opportunities for the students of Ballard Elementary that are not otherwise provided for in the school corporation budgets.
