Multiple Meaning Words are words that have several meanings depending upon how they are used in a sentence.

For example: Bat


1. Bat: The Mammal
(noun)
2. Bat: The tool
(noun)
3. Bat the Ball
(Action Verb)

Here are examples of how bat can be used in a sentence:

1. I watched the bat flitting through the trees.

2. Raymond gripped the bat tightly as he waited for the pitch.

3. I hope I can bat a home run!
