Hello,
Hello. I'm Debbie Etheridge, Wakeland School Counselor.
This is my third year at Wakeland Elementary. Previously,
I was a school counselor in North Carolina for 4 years.
My education includes a Master's Degree in Education specializing
in School Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
I was born in California, grew up in New Jersey, lived
in Virginia for 10 years, and then moved to Florida with
my husband. We have been in Manatee county for the
past 9 years. I am also proud to be a Wakeland parent. I have a son in second grade and my daughter is in kindergarten. I continue to work at Wakeland and send my children here because I believe in the IB program and the Wakeland family.
Wakeland is a very unique and special school that I am proud to be a part of.
