will be given 30 days to offer input regarding the proposed academic calendar.
Notices and copies of the draft calendar will be sent to newspapers, to the
teachers’ union, and to each school with information about how to provide input.
This information will also be posted on the District website."

New Web Tool for Parents Launched
Department of Education has launched a new web resource designed with
parents in mind. The new “Success Measures” website will help parents
how changes to Florida’s standards and assessments in the months and
will impact their children. The most valuable element of the new site is
