our business champions for their victory at the FBLA State conference. Our
Pirates brought home the gold in their competitive events against 3,100
attendees strong.

The National
Honor Society is pleased to announce the
sophomores
and juniors
who meet the minimum GPA requirements for eligibility for membership in
NHS. These names are posted at student services, on the BRHS website,
and outside room 602. To be offered membership, these students must
complete and submit a superior Student Activity
Informational Form no later than Thursday, May 1 to Mrs. Holt in
room 602. These forms are available on the BRHS website, at student
services. Congratulations and Good Luck!

April 28 week - Students will receive a copy of their completed registration forms with recommended courses for the 2008-2009 school year April 28 - May 2 - Parents may request schedule changes (this week only)
Attention Parents of Seniors:
By utilization the Pinnacle Gradebook Viewer,
you are able to keep up on your son's or
daughter's grades. Please contact the specific
teacher on any grades, especially any F grades.

New - The Miss Braden River Pageant will be on Wednesday May 7th at 7pm in the auditorium. Tickets are $3.00 for students and $5.00 for adults and faculty can come for FREE! Please come and support Braden River Royalty!

Love For Lexi Volunteer Meeting: If you are
helping out with Love For Lexi this Saturday,
don't miss the Volunteers Meeting this Thursday,
May 1st after school in the student parking lot.
You will receive community service hours for
this meeting :) See you there!
Attention class of 2009: You can sign up for
your senior pictures at even lunches between now
and May 9th. Summer dates are filling up fast so
make sure you bring in your $20 ASAP.
BRHS's first Junior/Senior Prom will be
held May, 9 at 7 pm at the Bradenton Auditorium
(across from the Twin Dolphin Marina in Downtown
Bradenton). Tickets are on sale during lunches
until May 6. No tickets will be sold at the
door. Prices are $55 for juniors and all outside
or underclassman guests and $45 for all BRHS
seniors. Please make checks payable to BRHS.
