Pirates of the Day (Click on the photo for a super-sized image) Braden River High School Wins TSA Florida State Championship Congratulations to the Pirate TSA Team for cleaning up at the State TSA conference!!! BRHS TSA State Champion were lead by Senior Sensation's Holly Neuhaus winning Two First Places and Mr. Transportation Brandon Demeres winning five state trophies. First year senior member Caitlyn Colleran and her outstanding fashion team shocked the runway for a first place Championship Award. Junior Jacob Kargauer and his team who is the heart of the Chapter Team Won Two first place trophies and has truly help us to pull the upset. Freshmen Wonder Abigail Holms Lead the Engineering Design team to a First Place Finish. Every member of this entire BRHS team of 31 students played and important role in our Victory. BRHS has it's first time ever State Officer Aubrey Hudson who will lead Florida TSA and be at the Helm as the State President. TRACK will be held June 5th in Palmetto. There will be a special session of the Teaching Road Awareness and Consequences to Kids workshop held at the Andersen Race Park in Palmetto June 5th - 9:30 am till 4:00 pm. The Braden River High School Band is holding auditions for the Braden River Colorguard. This organization will be comprised of 9th through 12th grade students who are interested in dancing, spinning, and performing as members of this elite ensemble. No experience necessary. You only need a positive attitude and a willingness to learn something new. Previous dance or gymnastics training is helpful but not required. Open House is May 2, 3, & 5 from 5:30-8:00 pm in the Braden River Band Room, Auditions are May 6th at 5:30 pm. The underclass awards and senior awards will be held: Underclass Awards--Monday, May 16 at 9:00 a.m. Senior Awards--Monday, May 23 at 6:30 p.m. Both will be in the auditorium.
