The Pirate Battalion Gives Back to BRHS
JROTC cadets celebrated Arbor Day 2009 by planting 15 new live oak trees on the Braden River campus. 
The cadets used their fund raising money to purchase the trees, mulch and stakes, and wanted 
to leave a positive physical mark on the school that gives so much to them.  They also took 
the time to fertilize and mulch all of the trees that JROTC and the Key Club have planted 
on campus since 2005.  The cadets are looking forward to coming back 
in years to come to see how much their trees have grown.

New - The yearbooks are in!  You can pick up your yearbook at the signing party on Thursday 
or starting at 7:15 on Friday morning in room 739.  Yearbooks will only be distributed before 
school or at the signing party. There are a few books left. The books are $85.00 cash only.
