Volleyball Champions Heading to Regional Finals

Our Lady Pirate Volleyball Team defeated the (St. Petersburg) Lakewood Spartans
 in the Regional Semi - finals Match Tuesday in four matches
and advanced to the Regional Finals for the first time ever!

Braden River will host the Regional Final Game against Fort Myers High School
on Saturday, November 14th at 2:00 PM in the Gym!!!
We wish our outstanding athletes the best of luck
in winning this all important game this weekend.

The SGA Angel tree for the Salvation Army began yesterday with incredible success. 
150 Angels were put on the tree and by the end of the lunch period all 150 Angels 
were adopted by the students, staff, and faculty of BRHS. It was an amazing thing 
to watch and see all of the generosity and kindness of these fine people. 
The Salvation Army has been contacted and they were so excited. 
We have offered to get more Angels for the tree. So, more Angels
 are on their way. Thank you Pirates.

Challenge Day is coming to Braden River High School and
we are in need of adult volunteers to assist with the daily program.

H1N1 Vaccine
FROM THE CLINIC: At present we do not have a set date for the H1N1 vaccine to be given at our school site.
Once we get a date from the Health Department we will call and let you know the details. Information regarding
the H1N1 vaccine was provided to you along with the consent form. If you have any further questions
regarding whether or not your child should receive the vaccine please speak with your students physician.

Stuff the Bus Event Coming Soon
Join the Pirates in stuffing the bus. We need your help in loading up a school bus
at Publix with food donated by Publix customers. Click here for the flyer

Mayor's Feed the Hungry Food Drive
Do you like donuts? Do you like Spam? If so, the Mayor's Feed the Hungry Food Drive is for you! 
Please bring in any non-perishable items to your first period teacher. The first period with the most
canned food items will receive a donut party. The canned food drive will run until November 19th.
