The JROTC Pirate Battalion brought home the top prize from the University of Tampa
Drill Meet where approximately 30 other schools from around the state participated.

They captured the 1st Place Overall Trophy as well as the following awards:

1st Place Male Unarmed Squad - Commander Gonzalez
1st Place Female Color Guard - Commander Brooks
1st Place Male Armed Squad - Commander Shephard
1st Place Male Armed Platoon - Commander Sherman
2nd Place Male Color Guard - Commander Colton
2nd Place Female Squad Exhibition - Commander Brooks
3rd Place Female Unarmed Squad - Commander Strutt
3rd Place Male Unarmed Platoon - Commander Cho
3rd Place Female Armed Platoon - Commander Bowling
