Questions Parents Might Ask:
 
Question: What is the goal of Mini-Mustang's?
Answer: Our goal is to provide a seamless transition to public school as well as working towards kindergarten readiness. Our program is hands-on and child-centered.
Question: What are the times/days of the program?
Answer: Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm observing the same days off as the Manatee public school system.
Question: What is VPK?
Answer: Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten is a new program provided by the state to ensure that all 4 years have free pre-k available to them. The programs are 15 hours per week and are provided by both public and private schools and childcare centers. Mini-Mustang's is one VPK provider in Manatee County.
Question: How many children are in the class?
Answer: There are 18 kids and two adults at all times.
Question: How would I sign-up my child?
Answer: We currently have a waiting list but interested parents are encouraged to call 727-6100 ext 2131. There are many other VPK providers that can be accessed through Resource Connection for Kids.
