No medications are in the clinic for the general student population.

Medication Forms Are Available For Print At This Site
If your student requires access to medication during the school day,
the following are required:
1. Written authorization from the doctor and the parent.
2. Medication brought to the health clinic by the parent and stored under lock and key.
Asthma Inhalers, Epipens, Diabetic Supplies and Pancreatic Enzymes
may be carried by the student with the written authorization
of the doctor, parent, and school nurse.
